By registering a company on AUVIA Fleet at fleet.auvia.business, you (the “Fleet Operator”) agree to these Fleet Terms and to the underlying AUVIA · DLIVRI Terms of Service that govern the platform. If you sign on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
AUVIA Fleet is a subscription-based web portal for bus operators to run Business Class corridor routes on the AUVIA network. Business Class runs are reserved-seat, air-conditioned services on scheduled corridors (for example: Kasoa → Airport City, Tema → Ridge, Adenta → Ministries) using executive shuttles, business coaches, and highway coaches.
The portal provides captain onboarding, vehicle roster management, corridor scheduling, live trip tracking, seat-load and earnings reports, weekly Mobile Money payouts, and billing management.
AUVIA is a technology intermediary. We do not employ your captains, we do not own your buses, and we do not operate the transportation service itself.
You may only access captain and trip data for legitimate fleet management purposes. You may not resell driver or passenger data, aggregate it for external analytics, or use it outside your operational needs. CSV export features are provided for accounting and reporting only.
Passenger personal data (phone, email, home address) is never shared with Fleet Operators. Fleet Operators see only anonymised booking counts, corridor performance, and captain-facing metrics.
AUVIA processes captain payouts on a weekly cycle via Mobile Money. Fleet Operators receive their share of corridor earnings (net of AUVIA fees and captain payouts) according to the revenue-share terms on their pricing plan or corporate agreement.
Payouts and revenue splits are shown in the AUVIA Fleet portal Earnings section and are auditable via CSV export.
You may not:
AUVIA may suspend or terminate a company account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, safety concerns raised by passengers or captains, or repeated Business Class standard failures. Termination does not automatically remove your captains from the AUVIA network — they may continue as independent captain-contractors — but they will no longer be linked to your fleet.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, AUVIA is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the AUVIA Fleet portal. Total AUVIA liability is capped at the subscription and platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. AUVIA is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from the transportation service itself, which is the responsibility of the Fleet Operator and its captains.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
AUVIA may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to your primary contact 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the AUVIA Fleet portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
